The social impact of my Agricultural adventure - Gari production.
Creating a central pool to buy Cassava from neighbouring farmers at a fair and standardized price, create employment opportunities for women (they do most of the work minus the milling) as we add value and sell for a more decent price that rewards the effort that goes into tilling the soil.It is an experiment that I pray works so we can roll out in other locations. We have kept things simple and thanks to FIRRO for the basic equipment we will soon start production.
Hopefully our baby steps will make a difference to some people
