There is no better way I could have celebrated Nigeria Independence day than being with one of my Mentor Taiwo Oyedele at an event in Ikeja.
I didn't just learn something while interacting with him, I was completely inspired with the story he shared.
He talked about how he chased after daily national newspapapers to publish his articles some years back and how they denied him the opportunity several times. But rather being discourage, he followed his dreams, worked hard and became an expert in his chosen field. The daily newspapers that were not interested then are now seeking him for various articles to published by them.
He added don't give up on your dream, don't be discouraged by the rejection and lack of supports you are experiencing now, Instead work harder and develop yourself more to be the best in your field, very soon the world will celebrate you.
