Mr Ibrahim Magu Has A Right To Defend Himself

The DSS who did an excellent job on the raid on Supreme Court judges have now been compromised by the Senate. Such is the logic of some people.

Corruption is using them to fight back. It matters little that security vetting for sensitive public positions is a routine task they undertake on request. And that like the EFCC they are also under the Executive and by implication under the Presidency.

So why is the Presidency trying to sabotage itself? Make we dey think this thing small o. Mr Magu has a right to defend himself and if satisfactorily done then he should be confirmed but if not a replacement should be found.

We must promote institutions not people.
