The Governor of cross river state advised the youths to avoid sex before marriage, he said it is the best way to abstain sex.
The Governor stated that, the greatest virtue a woman can give to her husband is to get married to him as a virgin.
The Governor also use his wife the cross river first lady, Dr Linda Ayade as a good example who he married as a virgin.
He stated this at the 2016 World Aids Day. The Governor also appealed to all youths to abstain sex, that HIV/ AIDS is a deadly disease and has ruin many lives.
