Buhari attended Climate change submit at the time he was junketing across nations in 2015 and signed an agreement on Climate change contained in a document he NEVER read and now Nigeria wants to build Coal power plants to generate electricity and the same Western powers won't let that happen because of the terms of agreement and conditions he signed up.
Seeing our Minister of Finance lambast white super powers for hindering our efforts to generate power makes it even more risible, I remember vividly how 97% Nigerians and our Amiable minister of darkness "Fashola" celebrated Buhari for standing in the front row for a photoshoot with some world leaders who attended that same submit.
