Curiosity catches the rat… small hole lands hungry rodent in big trouble
A peckish rat was rooting around the bottom of a New York garbage can for food when he saw a series of ventilation holes. Spying an opportunity for a snack, he poked his head through one of them and then… got stuck.
But luckily for the hungry creature, help was at hand. A paramedic working with the city’s fire department freed the rat by loosening the garbage with the help of a wet-nap, giving the little animal a chance to tell his peers the hard life lesson he had learned: don’t you ever think there is a feast through a hole, it’s a pitfall.
