"War" Against Corruption

The "war" against corruption has led to the uncovering of a few hidden horrendous sums of loot. That is good.

But that's like droplets in a massive sea of corruption. So while we go digging for hidden loot, can't we investigate the obscene luxury in open display by our elite?

If you were EFCC's head, serious about combating corruption, would you not invite owners of the reported 34 private luxury jets which Nigerian elites used to grace the marriage of Babangida's daughter in Minna? What businesses are they engaged in? Do their businesses generate enough returns to buy the jets and other assets in Nigeria and across the world?

The war against corruption will gather momentum if openly paraded luxury obscenities attract severe investigations even as we search for hidden loot.
