How To Reduce The Appearance Of Stretch Marks




Stretch marks are perfectly natural and they don't cause any health problems, Stretch marks may appear by dramatic weight gain or loss. Mostly it is very common on the abdomen after childbirth.

And as skin is stretched, the collagen is weakened and its normal production cycle is interrupted and damaged. So to reduce  the appearance of stretch marks, here are some natural ways to reduce it.


Eggs: For stretch marks, use only the egg whites, which contain amino acids and proteins. Clean the affected skin area with water and then apply the egg whites with a makeup brush. Allow it to dry completely and then rinse the affected area with cold water. And then apply some olive oil on the skin to keep it moisturized. for positive result you can repeat the process for at least three weeks.

Another option is to mix sugar, almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice. together and apply it on the stretch marks and other skin areas. for a few minutes every day before taking a shower. Do it for at least three weeks.
Lemon: It is naturally acidic and it has a mild  bleaching effect. it will help to fade other types of scars and blemishes too. Is a  simple remedy for stretch marks. Just rub fresh lemon juice gently onto the stretch marks. After 10 minutes you can rinse it off with warm water. Repeat this process for at least three weeks to  see result.
